【摘要】近代中国各政府采取的金融政策对我国经济发展既有促进的一面,也有阻碍的一面.研究近代中国金融政策得失,可以为当代我国制定出正确的金融政策作为参考.本文的逻辑是：对金融政策的概念认识,主要包括三大金融政策即货币政策、利率政策和汇率政策.且简要地介绍了近代中国金融政策的概况,并对此做出的评价,主要从货币政策效果角度来诠释,总结经验教训.

[abstract] the modern Chinese each government adopted the financial policy to our country economy development both promote side, but also a block side. Research in modern China financial policy gain and loss, can for contemporary China's formulate correct financial policy as reference. This paper is the logic of the concept of financial policy: understanding, mainly including three financial policy that monetary policy, interest rate policy and exchange rate policy. And briefly introduced the general situation of modern China's financial policy, and to make evaluation, mainly from the monetary policy effect perspectives, summarizing the experiences and lessons.
