可以用于不可数名词.用the或者不加a/an.
这句感叹句的主语是水,感叹的是它的干净（clean）,就没有必要加it了,否则这句话不是变成有两个主语了么,一个water、一个it?
这个感叹句并不是强调什么可数不可数,只是说在用第三种的时候注意主语的可属性问题,不要弄错了.
