It lets us communicate with others easily...but then it also means we can never rest from our work...they can always call us anytime, there is no escape from people contacting us, maybe this will be stressful (Yes you can turn it off, but some companies don't allow their staff to turn it off)
Some people also suggest maybe there is a health risk associated with using a mobile phone, that using it could increase your chances of getting cancer.

sometimes it's good ,sometimes it's bad.
Anything has double sides. For mobile phone, it makes it so convenient for us to contact each other. But at the same time, you get disturbed by any person at any time. You can't even have a real holiday since your boss or your staff can easily reach you and bother you if anything urgent happens.
