As per section 25 of company act ,section 25 permits a limited liability company ,to be registered without using the words 'Ltd'or'Pvt.Ltd'in its name ,under a special license which granted by the central government of India ,provided it is a company not for profit .
Conditions for grant of license:(1),company should be formed for promoting commerce,art,science,religion,charity or any other useful object;(2),the central government may grant license on such condition and regulations,as it think fit.It may require the condition to be inserted in the memorandum or article,or partly in one and partly in the other.

section 25 公司,主要是解释了在哪些情况下,注册“有限责任”和“私人有限责任” 非盈利性的公司,公司名字不需要以 Ltd（有限公司） 或者 Pvt.Ltd（私人有限公司） 结尾.
举简单例子,Club,Chamber,Society,Association 德里高尔夫俱乐部,印度工业和商业促进会,德里大学学生联合会（哈哈,今年不怎么热闹了）,中国学生社团 等等.
其实,Section 25,主要是为了满足Indian company Act对 Name Clause的定义.
