See sb do/doing是有的,不过这是当sb为主动动作时.这道题目里意思是说你不能袖手旁观我们的国家被一些人攻击.主语问our country我们的国家,他是被攻击,因为有后面的by,而不是主动攻击.所以不会是A attacking.
第二,
D,没有这样的语法,只能是see sb.done 这里就已经代表被动时态了,不需要再加上be动词.C你应该已经知道不能选了,这里就不赘述了,have sth done是指让某件事完成.

例句：I saw you praised by the teacher.我见到你被老师表扬了.
