Do you know.后跟的是一个名词性从句.
而这个从句原来是一个问题,是一个特殊疑问句.Wh-开头的问题.
这种问题有两种情况.一种是主谓倒装的,一种是主谓不倒装的.
如果wh-词本身是主语,它在最前面,无法倒装.谓语就在主语的后面,如：
Who teaches them English?谁教他们英语?
大部分特殊疑问句,问的是宾语、状语等等,句子是倒装的,如你所举三例.
Where is she?谓语is在主语she前.
What time does he go to work?
复合谓语的一部分does在主语he的前面.
这个does是助动词,是帮助构成疑问句用的,原来的陈述句是没有的：He goes to work at six.
请记住：从句的语序是正常的,就是主语在前,谓语在后.
