b:Me too,I'm afraid I can't pass the examination.
c:hey guys,I believe you two have met with some pressure issue.I had the same problem during the past several weeks,but I've gone through it now.
a:yeah,maybe,I worried a lot about my exam.The more I worried,the more difficuties I have in studying.I even have sleeping problem!
b:c,then how did you get rid of your pressure?
c:That's easy,just relax for a while,to go out for a walk while listening to the music or to the playground to play basket ball.

This is a typical talk show question, I wanna ask you to get a sense of how you handle on-the-job stress, is “Do you like working under pressure?” "How do you handle pressure?"
B:
"Yes, I do. I can work under pressure. I don't mind." So I think that if I have to work under sustained pressure I will perform well". Pressure is very important to me. With stress, I do the best possible job. The appropriate way to deal with stress is to make sure I have the correct balance between good stress and bad stress. I need good stress to stay motivated and productive.
C:
I always react to situations, rather than to stress. That way, the situation is handled and doesn't become stressful.
I actually work better under pressure and I've found that I enjoy working in a challenging environment.
From a personal perspective, I manage stress by visiting the gym every evening. It's a great stress reducer.
A:
It seems that giving examples of how you have handled stress could get a clear picture how well you can work in stressful situations.
