Guo Jingming was born on june 6,1983 in sichuan.He wrote his
first novel "City of Fantasy''when he was in high school.
The book was published in 2003 and sold over 1.5 million copies.
In the novel,Guo depicts a fancy world,when the affection of the characters is simpie and pure.He tris to show his thoughts on human nature through the novel.Lots of young people are
fond of the novel which makes Guo well-known.
Now Guo is studying in Shanghai University and majors in film art and technology.Writing is neither a fixed task nor a career to him."Like playing badminton,it's only one of my hobbies,''he

These teenagers deal with loneliness by sitting alone for long hours under trees or on rooftops. "Xiaosi(Guo's nickname), I will always be with your !" A reader wrote in Guo's blog . 'My main goal is to tell the story well and have everyone like it ,"Guo said.
In fact, Guo is seen more as an idol than as a writer. His handsome appearance and "individual" personality inspire newspapers to pay more attention to him than his books. Many fans are eager to get his autograph.
Today, however, he faces what may be bigger challenge:even younger writers.
