这本书共分8个故事,第一个故事是毛格利的朋友和敌人,也是我最喜爱的故事.讲的是婴儿毛格利和父母走散了,他被老虎希尔汗当成猎物追到了狼洞,被狼夫妇搭救,赶走了老虎.黑豹巴格西拉用一头牛的代价得到狼群的认可,狼夫妇收养了毛格利,毛格利就是小青蛙的意思,是狼妈妈给她起的名字,从此他就在丛林里过着自由快乐的狼孩生活.十几年以后他长大了,可狼首领阿凯拉老了,不能保护毛格利了,这时候老虎希尔汗又要来吃毛格利,毛格利用人类的火种救了狼首领和自己.
后面的几个故事讲了毛格利勇敢斗争的事,他和朋友一起最终除掉了老虎,回到了人类社会.
这本书的作者是英国作家罗德亚德·吉卜林写的,他出生在印度孟买,5岁时和妹妹被送回英国,住在儿童寄养所里,经常被打骂,成名以后他认为,人和木材一样,木材上的每一个疤,每一条裂缝都代表着它成长中所受的伤害.因为他特殊的经历,加上他新奇的创造力和大胆的想象力,他的作品深受世界各国儿童的喜爱,1907年他被授予诺贝尔文学奖.
一般狼在人们的印象中很凶残,但这本书中狼是善良的,他用拟人的手法写动物的感情,动物的喜怒哀乐,远远超出一般的动物小说.

This book,Jungle Story,provides me much food for thought that I've already read several times!This book tells a story of a humanity's baby ,the boy wool Gurley ,adopted in the jungle by the wolves ,who grows up with the help of brown bear Pakistan Lu,black leopard Bagg Selah,the python card and finally returns to the human society.
This book is divided into 8 stories.The first story is about the wool Gurley's friends and the enemies,which also I like most .It tells that baby wool Gurley and his parents dispersed,and he was regarded as prey by tiger Hillhan ,tackled to the wolf hole.Finally,he was rescued by wolf couples who expelled the tiger.Black leopard Bagg Selah obtained wolves's acception at the cost of a cattle,wolf couples then adopted wool Gurley.Wool Gurley means the small frog ,which named by wolf mother.Henceforth he lived a free joyful wolf child life in the jungle .Decades later,he has grown up,but the wolf leader Arab League pulled triumphantly has been old,who could not protect wool Gurley any more.At this time ,the tiger Hillhan came to eat wool Gurley again,wool Gurley take advantage of the human fire,finally rescued the wolf leader and himself.
The following several stories discussed the matter which wool Gurley struggles bravely.He and his friends eliminated the tiger together finally,returned to the human society.
