鸡蛋2个约130g,糖80g ,低粉140g,可可粉10g,泡打粉1tsp,香蕉1根
糖分三次加入鸡蛋,用打蛋器打到体积膨大,颜色发白,打发的蛋糖中加入色拉油1/4杯,再加入牛奶1/4杯 ,香蕉（去皮约150g）放入搅拌机捣碎成泥加入 然后倒入筛过的低粉和泡打粉,可可粉,用橡皮刀轻轻拌匀
准备长方形模子,在里面轻轻涂抹一层黄油,然后倒入少量面粉,摇匀之后再把多余的面粉倒出（防粘处理）,倒入面糊
烤箱预热150度10分钟,烤约30分钟,然后提高温度到180度,再继续烤约8分钟 .
