第二句是对的,如果第一句说成“my dog has white hair,and its son has white hair,too”那么也对.
通常用第二句,这样用的原因是避免重复,用助动词（这点有争议,也有人认为是代动词,不过你暂时不用考虑这点）代替之前刚刚出现的内容,这句话里does 就代替了has white hair.

has表所属关系，does表动作
你的狗是白毛是状态，不是动作

我觉得两者都行啊

My dog has white hair ,and its son has,too这句是对的，has在这里是有的意思，是实意动词，后面不用does代替可是讲解书上说是does,而且我把这个问题发到QQ群里，群里的网友也这么说的，但是他们没有给出详细的解释。 所以我来百度求语神们来啦。自己复习一下句型语法吧...
