were to在这里就是表示虚拟语气,与过去将来时无关,这里用的还是现在式的虚拟语气.这里不能选B,因为would在虚拟语气中是用在主语而不是从句里面的,像上面的句子,如果后半部分改成we would have...反倒可以.如果是...we would have a wonderful time together,可以理解成表示将来的时态,就像是一般的if从句中主句用将来时一样,只不过这里要用虚拟语气罢了.
因为这里其实是说的是tomorrow啊。所以因该使用将来时 又因为是虚拟，所以是过去将来时。所以使were to arrive .
