过去完成时（had）一般不单独使用,但是——
把has改为had to（而不是had）,后面的from 1 to 3 o'clock不用管,原句即为Mr Green昨天下午一点到三点不得不修车
had to作为have to固定用法的过去时,to后接原型,mend正好
