It's important to stay healthy because without good health,people nearly can do nothing.I think there are several ways to stay healthy.First,good healthy eating habbit is very important.we should eat three healthy meals every day instead of junk food.We'd better eat slowly.Second,we should have good habbits,such as,having enough sleep so don't stay up too late,wash our hands in time,brush our teeth at least twice every day,drink enough water,don't snoke and so on.Last but not least,it's very important to laugh every day.

Some college student believe that studying subjects well is the most important at college time.I don't think so.It is most important to stay healthy in body and psychological health.

Some college student believe that studying subjects well is the most important at college time.I don't think so.It is most important to stay healthy in body and psychological health.
Do exercises everyday to make you slim.It is not only stay your healthy,but also may help increase your confidence in your career.
The more important is psychological healthy. How to keep the health of mind? The first task is learning professional courses.In addition ,we should take part in the cultural art festival, science and technology, academic section, sports games and even participate in various music art show, and so on. In the meantime ,college student must learn to protect themselves,especially female college students should keep a wary eye from a sexual assault. In short, college students should try their best in studies, to learn knowledge from books in society, keep the health of body and mind. Only in this way, will stay healthy.

As the saying goes "Health is Wealth", we all know how important one's health is。 Here are the necessary rules to stay healthy: Eat healthily。 Add a lot of fruits and vegetables in your diet。 Say no to junk food as they do not help but only make you gain weight。 Avoid eating fatty meats like pork, ham, sausages and salami。 Quit Smoking。 Smoking kills。 As we all know, smoking can cause various health problems like lung infection, cancer, kidney infection etc。 Though it is difficult to quit smoking, you are sure to make it with the help of others and your own perseverance。 Reduce Stress。 A sound mind gives a healthy body。 Try and do something you like and not think about anything negative。 Pamper your body and your soul。 Hygiene。 Take bath regularly and wear clean clothes。 Clean body makes you healthy。 Last but not least, remember that early to bed and early to rise makes one healthy, wealthy and wise。
