i would like to inform you that i bought the tires from one company namely good champion industry in china and i told him i need tire 825r 16 p.r 16 tube type you cant believe i too told that guy of good champion international industry ( shandong trasking tire) after paid him money he shipped me something which is quite different compared to what i ordered from him i too told to ensure before loading the tire he inspected them and issue me tire certificate but he did not do anything and he shipped a wrong size tire with no inspection-conformity certificate like others doing or how exporters doing for genuine business ..fine enough he printed on tire as 825r16 10pr but the tires which i received were written tubeless tire for traiillers only.while the tire is not the actual or original size and the tires were very weak and he forced by inserted tubes inside& flap in the tubeless tire,after tires arrived here the tbs inspected and found that the tire is not 825r16 as it was in the documents and they recommended to burn all tires on fire for not suitable in our country..
sine then i have tried to explain him all about this but he has became silent which mean he was already initiated to supply me the fake tires and caused me a lot of problem & big loss for my health ,second to tbs -tanzania bereu of standards inspection team ,tanzania revenue authority (tra) officers now i have communicated with my lawyer am in process of sue him in international trade court to ensure i get all my money back ,
please note that i gave him a last chance regarding how to return back all my money which i wasted for something which we did not made a contract or agreed with him he has not yet said any thing over two weeks.although i gave him a grace period until last week which have now over.am now discussing with my lawyer but he has advised me to contact chnia embassy here in tanzania as a for fist step before more action.
in fact i was trusted this guy too much and i was expecting to continue go on with more and more business for the future time but now every has been mess-up and that is why i told you for now i can not trust any one from china in another language i can not go on doing the business with any chinese.i have doing the business for a long time from europe,far east and japan but there is no a such a thing.what you ordered and paid is what you will receive.
